Best of British Home and Outdoors Ltd have taken every care in the preparation of this websites content, in particular to ensure that prices quoted are correct at time of publishing and all products have been fairly described, however Best of British Home and Outdoors Ltd will not be responsible for any errors or omissions or for the results arising from the use of such information. All prices quoted on the website are in £ Sterling and where relevant are inclusive of VAT.

If you wish your order to be despatched outside the UK, any customs or import duties appropriate to the products orders that are levied once reaching the destination country, will be solely your responsibility as the customer. Please note that any colour reproduction of products cannot be guaranteed accurate and we cannot accept any responsibility for colour variation due to your computer system or browser software.

Best of British Home and Outdoors Ltd will not and is not liable to any organisation or individual for any loss or damage, which may arise to computer equipment as a result of using this website.

Stock Availability

All items are subject to availability. Best of British Home and Outdoors Ltd will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available by emailing you. At all times we try to display through this website all items in our current range and hold suitable stock levels of all variables of a product type. Should a product be out of stock at the time of ordering we will email you to inform you of new stock levels as soon as they are received to our warehouse and ready for despatch to you.

A contract between yourself and Best of British Home and Outdoors Ltd for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been accepted and processed, at which point your credit/debit card will be charged for the value of the goods to be despatched. This does not affect your statutory rights.

If you have supplied us with your email address, we will notify you by email as soon as possible to confirm order receipt.

You may cancel your order for any reason until the date of despatch and in this event, a full payment refund will be made to you within 30 days of this cancellation.

This website and our terms and conditions have been designed for use within the United Kingdom and under UK law, this does not affect your non-excludable statutory rights.

Best of British Home and Outdoors Ltd are happy to consider requests for products and enquiries from outside the United Kingdom, however we are unable to give a guarantee, either express or implied, that the use of this website or the placing of any order through this website from outside the UK will guarantee compliance with any applicable non-UK laws or regulations. Accordingly, any products or promotions not permitted under your local law are not offered to you.

Postage & Packaging

All dates quoted for delivery are estimated delivery dates only and may be subject to change. Best of British Home and Outdoors Ltd accept no liability for any loss or damage, direct or indirect for delivery at any time including the estimated date of delivery. All orders received before 3 pm will, subject to availability, be despatched the following day, for a seven working day delivery target. All orders received after 3 pm will be normally be despatched one working day later, subject to stock availability.

Returns Policy

You have by law, the right to withdraw from your purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered to you. We regret that we cannot accept cancellations of contracts for the purchase of any items where the item has been unsealed.

To cancel your purchase for this reason, please contact us giving the reason for the return as “contract cancellation”. Please package the item securely and return it to us so that we receive it within seven working days of the day after the date that the item was delivered to you.

In the unlikely event that you are not fully delighted with the products that you have purchased, you may return them to us within 14 days of the date of despatch. Best of British Home and Outdoors Ltd will refund or exchange to the cost of the goods purchased but cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost whilst being returned to the company. This refund policy does not affect your statutory rights and all returns must be returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, and with the original packaging.

You must also complete and enclose a returns form, a copy of which is included in each order despatched. Please clearly highlight if you require an exchange or refund for the product. Unless the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange for and pay return postage charges. Please ensure you obtain proof of postage when returning items. We will not accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.

Special promotional offers including free returns may be offered by the Company during specified trading periods.

Limitations of Liability

Best of British Home will only be liable for direct loss, save in the event of death or personal injury in respect to which there is no limit, to a maximum total of the price of the product purchased in respect to any claim.

By the fullest extent permitted by law and with the exception of that previously detailed above, Best of British Home shall not be liable to you by reason of any representation, or any implied warranty, condition or other term, or any duty at common law, or under the express terms of the contract, or in negligence on the part of Best of British Home or any of its directors, employees or otherwise for any indirect special or consequential loss or damage (including but not limited to loss of profit or loss of saving), costs, expenses or other claims for compensation whatsoever which arise out of or in connection with the use of this website, the supply of the products or their use or resale by you.
